Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds on:
Custom design services once the work has started or been delivered
Digital files, including design templates, mockups, or any downloadable content.
Completed design revisions or modifications requested by the customer.
We may consider a refund under the following rare cases:
Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same order, we will refund the extra charge.
Order Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver your design within the agreed timeline and have not communicated a valid reason for the delay.
Incorrect Order: If the final design does not match the agreed-upon specifications and we are unable to correct it after revisions.
